LIFECYCLE
METHODOLOGY
The systems development life cycle (SDLC)
is a conceptual model used in project management that
describes the stages involved in an information system
development project, from an initial feasibility study
through maintenance of the completed application.
Documentation is crucial regardless of the type of
model chosen or devised for any application, and is
usually done in parallel with the development process.
Some methods work better for specific types of projects,
but in the final analysis, the most important
factor for the success of a project may be
how closely the particular plan was followed.
If you have ever experienced business issues like
· Scope creep
· Budget creep
· Launch delays
· Maintenance issues,
you would know how important it is to follow some sort
of project plan or lifecycle methodology.
No two web or software design methodologies are alike.
But having a sound and proven project lifecycle methodology
in place will ensure that your projects
achieve better results, and in the end it will accomplish
the desired result: a product that meets your client’s
requirements.
Our unique life cycle is divided into
twelve (12) distinct phases because each one has specific
activities and deliverables linked to each activity
in that phase. In general, our lifecycle is based on
best practices and other industry-standard
methods but it has also been refined and adapted to
best-fit our products & markets.

Amongst other objectives, the phases have as its main
purpose to capture, document and prescribe how we manage
the following phased-objectives:
· Client / Market Research
· Value Assessment & User Requirement Analysis
· Creative Concept & Basic Design
· Development / Programming
· Testing & Quality Assurance
· Implementation
· Manage
